Sour Cream Biscuits

My mother-in-law introduced me to these biscuits almost 10 years ago and they’re still a weekly favorite. So simple to make and only 3 ingredients! These are sour cream biscuits BUT they don’t taste like sour cream at all.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 8 oz sour cream

Mix together and bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
