Salted Caramel Protein Bites

I’m a big fan of homemade goodies and protein balls are always something I try to have on hand for a quick treat! The brand I am partnered with (Arbonne) released a new Salted Caramel Essential Meal Protein and I just knew I had to make something with it other than a yummy shake.

Y’all these are SO good!

I could eat the whole batch in one setting!

They’re SUPER easy to make and it will work even if you only have vanilla protein!

I love Arbonne’s protein for many reasons but the main one being the texture! It is the best textured protein I have tried! It’s 20 grams of vegan protein with 24 vitamins and minerals. There’s not any artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. It’s gluten & soy free with a low glycemic and absolutely delicious!

BASE:

  • 1/4 cup Salted Caramel Protein

  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein (if you only have vanilla protein, do 1/2 cup of vanilla protein)

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp sea salt

Mix your base ingredients then press firmly in your silicone muffin liners

MIDDLE LAYER:

  • 1/2 cup nut butter (I used peanut butter)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Melt over low heat and evenly distribute it over the base. Place into freezer for 10-15 minutes

CHOCOLATE:

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil

  • Sea salt on top

Mix together and melt. Divide evenly over middle layer. Sprinkle salt on top. Freeze for 30 minutes

ENJOY!
